We meet at the property, take measurements and photos, and talk about what you want, the materials and your budget.
You receive a written quote, itemised per m² and per unit, with materials included and an estimated schedule. No surprises at the end.
One fixed site manager coordinates demolition, installations and finishes. We order materials from our own warehouse and you follow every stage in the client area.
We inspect the work with you, fix anything that needs it and hand over documents, invoices and a written guarantee.
Depending on the work, the town hall asks for a responsible declaration (declaración responsable) or a licence. We tell you which one applies and apply for it. If you live in an apartment building, we inform the community and respect the permitted working hours.
Payment is made in stages linked to the progress of the work; the exact terms are in your quote. Renovations of private homes may qualify for the reduced 10% VAT rate if the legal conditions are met. We show this in the quote.
All work comes with a written guarantee. If something is not right after handover, you contact the same site manager again.
The visit and the quote are free and without obligation.
Yes. We tell you which permit your town requires and apply for it on your behalf.
No. Many clients follow their project from abroad through the client area and messages with the site manager.
Yes. We supply wood, ceramics, building materials and sanitaryware to private and trade customers.
For a bathroom or kitchen, usually yes. For a full renovation we recommend staying elsewhere during demolition and installation work.
It depends on our workload and on material availability. The quote gives an indicative start date, which we confirm when you accept it.
