Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What we process and why

• Quote requests: name, email, phone, town and description of the work, to reply and arrange a visit or quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Clients and client area: contact details, project data, documents (quotes, invoices, plans) and messages, to perform the building or supply contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Invoicing: data needed for tax and accounting obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Account security: IP address and failed sign-in attempts, to protect accounts. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted at the latest 12 months after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal periods (for example 6 years for commercial records). Sign-in attempt logs are deleted after 30 days.

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The site is hosted by a provider in the European Union acting as data processor. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@renoklever.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

We only use one technical cookie (rk_session) needed for the form and for staying signed in to the client area. It is deleted when you close the browser. We use no analytics or advertising cookies.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored with one-way hashing and client-area documents can only be downloaded by the client concerned and our team.
