The challenge
A wall between kitchen and living room had to go, and the island needed water and power.

A closed kitchen turned into an open-plan kitchen with an island and stone worktop.
Example project: we will replace it with real jobs, including before and after photos.

We confirmed the wall was not load-bearing, ran the installations under the floor and fitted a hood vented outside.
